My Antonia
Chunk 1: In Antonia point of view it would be alot of more details in everything she see or touch. she would go into everything like how it works. she see everything as a good think.

Chunk 2: Jim pretty much knows Antonia enough to tell how she thinks and works. Antonia and Jim were close friends and could of been more.

Chunk 3 : She just wasn't any person to Jim. Antonia wasn't just a girl she was more. Antonia was Jim best friends. So that's why Jim rename the book from Antonia to my Antonia.

The Effects of Setting

Author Willa Cather embedded literary devices, such as metaphors, similes, and personification, within her writing.

• For some it is a new life to start over but to another it could be death like Mr. Shimerdas. He didnt nothing in the new land he was living in but antonia saw everything she and family needed.

limiting body art on a person's freedom of expression.

Reason 1
Companies can limit employee's personal expression on the job as long as they do not impinge on their civil liberties.

Commentary 1
Like race, color, religion, age, national origin, or gender.

Commentary 2
So pretty much like making the buyer/whatever feel  unwanted in the store.

Can the person do the job? If they are sitting in a computer lab, not dealing with client, perhaps it doesn't matter what they are wearing.

Commentary1
Shouldn't care what the person is wearing if he/she wants to left boxes in the back of the store.

Let them wear what seems nice to them to fill the job needs.

That's profiling on a person. just because he/she has tattoos or piercings don't mean he/she been in and out of jail or the fact he/she had a bad post with drugs.

Wounded Warrior Project

i think it's a good idea. Helping our soldiers out by senting them a backbag of our thaks for fighting for our country. that they fights and battles wont be forgotten and that we are happy that our soldiers would fight for freedom. it feels good to live in a great country as the one we are living in. freedom  is done by hard working dying soldiers.

Henry vs. Forest

Henry ran from the battle and keeps running. Out running his men behind as one by one falls. Forest ran as well but he was told to run for his life and he did but he finds himself lost and runs back to his men looking for his buddy. he stops to hear the crys for help of his team and pulls them all out.

remembering 9/11

I really dont know much about 9/11 but what happen that day was shocking to the world. The crying souls of the people on that plane and build die not in vain. The masterminds behind it die. thats all i know
